56 Northwestern University Geology Geography Survey Slides circa 1910

Description

This lot includes 56 slides from a box from the Geology and Geography departments at Northwestern University circa 1910.
Box contains 50 slides, plus additional 6 slides out of box
Images include geological formations and glaciers in Wisconsin, Wales, China, Tennessee, Colorado, California, New Hampshire, Santa Fe, Texas, Canada, West Virginia, Germany, Burma, etc.
Includes images by I.C. Russell and T. Franklin Sibly
Inside cover of box has a note reading "Anderson Prichard Oil Corp. 3921 E. Ravenswood, Chicago."  Presumably these slides were in the possession of Anderson Prichard after leaving Northwestern.
Several slides have cracks (approximately 5-10 with varying degrees of damage)
