The Xeon E 2176G is an 6 core 3.7Ghz base clock cpu and is on a really nice ASrock E3C246D4U Server/Workstation motherboard.  It also comes with 2x 8GB ecc memory chips and a used Samsung 128GB NVMe SSD to get you started.   We also have some Supermicro boards on hand if you prefer that.  These are a perfect fairly low power freenas / plex server setup,  they fully support QVS/QuickSync for transcoding.
