Britania Artistic Silver art nouveau hand mirror frame & handle.  Mirror is no longer there.  Has the remnant of a price tag on the back, but that could be cleaned off.  Frame looks to be in good condition for its age.  See pics for condition as well.  11 1/4" long, and the mirror opening is 4 1/2" diameter.
