Handmade Wood Carpenter Tools for Display/Child Compass Hammer Square Triangle

Description

This is a nicely made set of miniature (childs size) wood tools.  The square has two mortised parts, the handle of the hammer has been sunk into the hammer and I think the two triangles and the compass are each made from one piece of wood.  The shellac job is not as well done as the tools themselves.
While these could be for a child, I would not have given them to my son as a youngster.  I do think they make a great display.  I cannot identify the type of wood.
