It has 6 sets of buckles on 2 inch cotton webbing down the back, It also has a strap in front to prevent the arms from being pulled over the head. Comes with 2 crotch straps. Has 4 extra buckles to attach this piece to the leg restraints we sell separately. Has two -2 inch D-rings in front. This item is NEW and has NEVER been worn. It is made of 10 oz. duck cloth canvas.The entire piece is sewn together using heavy duty upholstery thread. Stitching is reinforced for strength.   We design and manufacture many different styles of straight jackets including custom orders. These jackets are made to order.
